Events & Seminars

We think you are a better consumer of financial services and products if you understand some of the basics about the industry and about your investment options. Information empowers you to better understand the options we have to offer and to make better decisions. One of the ways we do this is through free seminars. We encourage clients to attend, and to bring friends and family as well.

Admission to our seminars is by donation to Dogwood Initiative .

Some seminars are strictly educational in nature—offering you information about a particular issue, product, or aspect of the industry. Others are more interactive and provide you with practical tools to take away and use. They are all free, though we often ask for voluntary donations to worthy community organizations. Please register in advance. Check back for future offerings and plan to attend with a friend.

You can organize a workshop for your own group: If you know of a group (4 to 50 people) that would like to learn more about socially responsible investing and values-based financial planning, please contact us for information on our free, no-obligation Introduction to Socially Responsible Investing.

For more information, please call 250-405-3550
