Climate Change 3 Things You CAN do
- Invest in sustainable business. Reward companies who are leaders on climate change. Avoid supporting companies who are not taking steps to reduce carbon emissions.
- Adjust your thermostat. Turn your heat down 3 degrees in winter and air conditioning down 3 degrees in summer.
- Avoid idling. Turn off your car when you aren’t driving it. Pre-heating engines is not necessary on Vancouver Island.
